Last night was the final shoot for “Freefall – The Web Series”:: a late-night party scene complete with keg stands, fights, and a high-stakes cliffhanger ending. We’ve had an amazing, all-volunteer group of talented actors and crew on this production – all working toward the goal of creating a series showing real life in college with the goal of preventing drug/alcohol abuse and the poor choices that go along with them.
The series was created, written, and directed by my friend and collaborator KT Curran and her fabulous SOURCE Theatre – an innovative community theatre/video troupe supported by Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida that engages young people in our community. I was the sound guy and consulted on the editing of this series , and I’m really excited for it to be released to the public.
